Creating flight manifest ensuring airline has up to the minute information on guests departures.Monitoring guest complaints and aiding the complaints team to resolve any issues. Supporting the sales team by processing bookings during peak season. Having complete in-depth knowledge on all products Winter and Summer. Booking flights from ad hoc suppliers for guests and employees. Training new and existing employees on Travelink and developed a new training manual. Liaising with overseas team and overseeing beginning of season resort set up including ordering all new supplies for chalets and employees.Creating reports for new products and producing competitor analyse.
