Leading the launching of advanced invasive surgical products intended for colorectal, bariatric and thoracic surgery units in Israel Hospitals. Dealing with complex sales processes, negotiations with clinicians and procurement personnel, providing price quotes, delivering presentations and trainings to the hospital teams, organizing evaluations and laboratories with the product. Participating in medical procedures in hospitals as part of the operating room team, guiding and accompanying the surgeons during the procedures regarding the correct use of the medical equipment in order to achieve the best result.

Full responsibility for the innovative medical product line promotion and distribution in Russia. Purchase placement to providers, importing products from US and Israel, planning sales B2B (hospitals, rehab centers etc.), compiling sales targets and forecast, monitoring marketing activities. Negotiations, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, providing commercial offerings to clients, issuing invoices, sighning contracts.Providing technology presentations to partners and clients, training hospital personal to benefit from the technology, conference and exhibitions participations.

Leading the project from R&D stage to mass production implementation in logistical aspects. Planning of raw materials, subcontractor’s coordination in order to reduce the costs of NPI. Optimization manufacturing process of prototype production and FAI at subcontractor’s site.Ensuring the progress of the project in accordance with the plan (amount, cost and schedule).Procurement planning in MRP environment and pulling the deliveries from vendors.Supporting engineering changes and their implementation in PLM & ERP software.

Providing consulting to students and IT personal from hitech companies on cyber security professional training.Company's requirements check, developing content adopted to individual needs of a client, selling educational programs in IT (contracting B2B / B2C).Increase sales through outreaching new clients, meeting or exceeding monthly challenging sales goals.
