Felipe Oliveira has experience in providing legal advice to national and foreign companies in contracts and operations in the various phases of infrastructure, energy and sanitation projects, as well as bidding proceedings, legal structuring of concessions and public-private partnerships, public contracts and regulatory aspects of several industries (such as mobility, public lighting and waste management). Felipe also provides legal advice to national and foreign companies in Environment Law, advising them in all phases of their projects in order to mitigate their environmental risks and to ensure a greater legal certainty for their activities.
