• Working with Rental Representatives to successfully execute client needs in various markets in North America - Corporate, Festival, Touring, Theatre and Film;• Understanding requirements of Lighting Designers and Production Electricians and ensuring show deadlines are achieved;• Managing gear availability through internal transfers, purchases, subrentals and etc. with a focus on reliable and cost effective solutions;• Close interaction with Operations department to work around shop’s capacity and logistical issues;• Frequent contact with supporting departments (Transport, Purchases, Subrental and Service) to ensure they have accurate and up-to-date information to successfully execute show’s needs.

• Responsible for managing the operational aspects of small/medium sized events;• Assisting clients during planning and execution of their meetings;• Attending daily briefing meetings and updating worksheets; • Contact with local Branch and outside suppliers in order to request specific gear;• Booking specialized labor for shows; • Assisting on weekly scheduling;• Reviewing and approving orders to maintain profit levels.

• Responsible for the AM shift crew regarding all safety and operational procedures;• Assuring that all the set-ups were done accordingly to company’s standards;• Taking executive decisions in the absence of Operation Managers;• Coordination of all members from outside companies during set-ups and/or strikes; • Connecting with hotel staff to clarify any unclear information;• Participation on daily Scoop meeting with hotel’s managers;• Update of orders to reflect correct set-ups and/or strikes times;
