As the overseer of the Third-Party Cyber Risk Management process, my responsibilities encompass:- Conducting the identification, validation, and implementation of security requirements (access, solution development, integrations) in collaboration with suppliers undergoing onboarding or periodic review.- Crafting assessments/questionnaires based on security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.- Managing dedicated tools for monitoring and validating the security posture of third parties, covering CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), ASM (Attack Surface Management), SSPM (SaaS Security Posture Management), and Security Rating.- Developing information security policies for third parties.- Crafting and updating cybersecurity clauses in contracts with suppliers.- Expanding the aforementioned processes to other offices in LATAM, US, EU, and other entities within the BTG Pactual group.In terms of security governance:- Addressing auditors and regulators regarding the company's security controls.- Responding to client Due Diligence, aligned with the scope of the relationship between the bank and the (potential) client.
