I work towards [making a difference] in the teams I'm part of. Not just by making a technical contribution and building sustainable relationships, but above all by having the [will] to do so. [Because I don't accept less]. In recent years, during my time as an undergraduate, I've joined global, business-serving teams, and carried out social impact activities, received international awards and recognition. I've worked in institutions and offices that are fully focused on results. We've had crises, successes and a lot of work - and we've always adressed great value. But outputs aren't enough for you to get to know me. So here are three central points about my work and life. 1) [My working approach is data driven]. All kinds of data, from all valid perspectives. And that's how I worked my way up from an intern to my first leadership position at just 20 years old. I was a manager in a nationwide financial company, and created the first data-based goals, indicators and evaluation plan in the company's history - and later returned as the group's Business Consultant, supporting the training of new managers and the development of the company. 2) [I'm a researcher] and a law student! But it's not an academic bore detached from reality, ok? I'm currently studying tax law from around the world and its economic repercussions, using Data Science techniques which, in the end, become algorithms applicable to real businesses and problems.3) For me, [things only work when everyone climbs together]. That's why a good part of my time is dedicated to social impact projects - I've mentored the careers of young black and indigenous people in projects run by the US-Brazil Embassy and (re)founded a professional (and academic) development hub for black law students.
