Founding Member And Journalist
I worked on planning and organizing "Jornada Galápagos", a free 10-day training (supported by Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Amazon) for 30 young journalists (selected from 3686 applicants) from 14 different states. They had classes and lectures with historical names in Brazilian journalism, such as Caco Barcellos, Drauzio Varella, and Elio Gaspari. Participants were also exempt from costs with accommodation, transport, and food, thanks to partnerships carried out by the organization. In addition, as a founding member, I was an active figure in the development of the brand's ideals: a journalism startup focused on education, diversity, and regionalism. At the heart of the company is also the development of technologies that allow professionals around Brazil to tell their stories without depending on large media centers. The first product to be implemented is gStack, a Brazilian newsletter publisher.
