Acquisitions and Development- Performed analysis, deal structuring and due diligence for purchase of CO$4.20 billion (USD +1 Bn) office, retail and industrial real estate (+500,000 m2), which yielded optimal return and diversification for PEI investors.- Analized potential investment opportunities and deal structuring for assets in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and northern Colombia.

Acquisitions and Development• Worked with the senior management in all feasibility analysis, development proforma and pre-construction activity for the 130 North Franklin - new development project: Tishman Speyer half-block development site of 1.1 million square feet, located in the Chicago central business district’s West Loop submarket.• Project team leader: managed construction and closeout process for some capital and tenant improvement projects in the Chicago Region Portfolio.Asset Management• Analyzed and monitored 5-year capital improvement plans and renovation programs for property maintenance, competitive positioning and market re-positioning.• Structured quarterly reports for private real estate funds investors.• Supported the Property Manager in implementing strategies to maximize short-term return-on-equity and increase long-term economic value.
