Being promoted to Regional Service Analyst for LATAM, activities from the trainee role were maintained with a secondary characteristic while the main focus was to lead for LATAM the implementation of a new global technical service system.Working directly with LATAM's Technical Service Director and with a 10+ people team through indirect leadership composed of managers, coordinators and analysts, the project consisted of several workshops to outline LATAM's requirements, 3 global process harmonization workshops with worldwide representation, master data preparation and sharing, deep system testing, trainer's training sessions, end user training deployment and post Go Live Hypercare.So far the project has successfully achieved 2 global releases reaching all LATAM's countries and expanded to more complex features and SAP integration, with no impact to final customers.
