Created from scratch a C# application using hexagonal architecture, AWS and Azure. Hands-on Leader, initially focusing in software architecture, infrastructure, the setup of CI/CD in Azure Devops and high unit test coverage. The product was a success on launch, due to great partners, great team and a strong product focus on customers needs. The product's ownership was sold to one of the biggest InvestTechs in Brazil.

Led a major product restructuring, converting a traditional ASP application full of bottlenecks and performance issues into a .NET Core application mainly utilizing Azure and Microsoft stack. This proccess significantly reduced maintenance costs and time, increased in almost 500% the product performance and the team’s speed in developing new functionalities. Also i've trained and coached the technical team and worked in strategic development of projects with the CEO that increased revenue threefold within one year.

The company got a major product that work as a middleware connecting ERPs and Marketplaces. So i've led a major refactoring of project code and structure, reducing 85% of support requests per day, bug tracking average time from 48 to 2 hours, and development costs by 60%. Effectively worked on APIs, implemented distributed services, refactored the domain and applied clean code with project patterns and best practice techniques. Transformed all monolithic back-end code written with bad practices, unsecured, and bug-ridden into an elegant, robust, and easily maintainable distributed services architecture for the company.
