Assistant to one of the Top 100 Real Estate teams of Western Canada, I provided a diverse array of ancillary services to two realtors. In a regular day at work I’d be drafting documents, corresponding with clients and external stakeholders, scheduling appointments, keeping track of expenses and payroll, designing and ordering marketing materials, while filing and organizing folders. I had the chance to revamp the team’s newspaper ad and successfully organize showings that led to over 7 million dollars in sales on the first 3 months of 2021. I loved the challenge provided by the fast pace and variety of tasks at this office.

As a Public Relations Specialist for the Envision Financial and Douglas College Community Building Program I created visual assets and copywrite that were included in the program's database for an opportune use. The main focus of this job was to create evergreen materials, such as an explanation video and a PR Student's Manual, to guide upcoming student talent in the program towards their professional career. As the Legal Assistant of the CSO of the company, I was challenged to create an automated calendar system using Google Tools. To accomplish this task, I designed and coded a system on Google Sheets that automatically populated the team's Google Calendar with deliverables and other contractual deadlines added to the company's database.
