• I developed a reminder module for clients that allows creating personalized messages using information from an SQL Server query and sending them via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS using C# and .NET, DevExpress components (WinForms), and worker services (Windows Services) for message dispatch. This feature enabled clients to configure fully personalized messages aligned with their chosen data, sent at the time and on the platform of their choice.• I created a REST API in C# and .NET for an application responsible for updating client applications, storing this information in the non-relational MongoDB database. I created unit and integration tests for the application, achieving about 70% code coverage. This API allowed better control of updates and the release of new versions of applications to clients.• I created a process for altering existing contract PDFs to include document authentication, as well as adding a receipt at the end of the document using the DevExpress PDF Document API. This change facilitated the identification of document origin by clients and added relevant information about contract participants in the created receipt.• I developed a module for managing WhatsApp integration that allowed the configuration of multiple sending queues, as well as other parameters related to sending time, amount per hour, and per day, among others. This feature enabled clients to send a very high volume of messages without being limited to a single sending channel and without congestion or interruption during the process.
