I am a communication enthusiast, passionate about the area and driven by the purpose of bringing wellness to people and society.I have already worked in the definition of complex brand architecture, strategy creation, value proposition, visual/verbal identity and naming. I've coordinated international actions in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina and Colombia), led branding and performance campaigns monitoring the results and aligning frequently with company's strategic OKRs. I've developed communication strategies and actions with influencers, as well as monitored results and managed content for social media. I've also participated in the organization and training of executives and c-levels for several interviews with press media, lectures, pitches, awards (GPTW, MEPT, Guia Exame de Sustentabilidade), tradeshows and events.Lastly, I've led an LGBTQIA+ Diversity and Inclusion group with more than 350 volunteers, being responsible for planning and managing actions such as reviewing benefits, professional development, educational programs, training, budget management, among others.
