I worked on Itaú Unibanco creating products and solutions for the investment area in 5 squads (Monitoring, Commercial Structure, Commercial Management, Harvard, and PR Compass) creating the ion for Advisor (IFA) product experience for Banco Itaú specialists.In this time, I delivered more than 10 new major features.

I worked for 3 clients: IOB, Bradesco Florida and Itaú Unibanco (Private Bank).IOBWe created the best customer-focused product experience in two products (Minha Plataforma Contábil and Cobrança Integrada).Research, wireframes and prototypes.Results: Continuous improvements in the experience and usability of the products (web and mobile).Main projects:- Minha Plataforma Contábil (web)- Cobrança Integrada (app)BRADESCO FLORIDAI participated in the redesign of 2 internal products from the scope and requirements analysis to find users' problems (web and mobile).Through interviews, it was possible to verify the problems and I made some usability and layout changes.Research, define, idealize (wireframe and prototype) and test with users.Results: We optimized the processes and reduced the filling time, in addition to automating several features that were previously manual.ITAÚI worked on Onboarding, Channels, and Credit for Itaú Private Bank (web and mobile).Main projects:- Onboarding Private Bank client (account opening)- Credit (discovery and created "Cheque Especial Private" flow)- 360 (product for bankers)
