As a Digital Solutions Analyst, I'm responsible for overseeing the company's Salesforce platform and data management strategies. I was tasked with continuing the same work I did as a Project Analyst but now for the entire company. I promote data engagement and assist other departments in specifying their needs. Starting as a Project Analyst, I've expanded this role to encompass all company departments. My responsibilities include fostering data engagement and empowering other departments to specify their requirements. Taking on this expanded role, I've established a pivotal role in optimizing internal processes and ensuring that every sector maximizes the benefits of available digital solutions.

My main role was to manage the Business Intelligence (BI) system, QlikSense, and its applications, ensuring that the databases were kept up-to-date and optimized. I was responsible for translating business demands into understandable requirements for local and corporate IT teams and for executing the development of new applications. Additionally, I oversaw commercial closing activities across Brazil and handled financial planning for both Brazil and Chile. This involved ensuring that financial operations aligned with the company's goals and applicable regulations. My experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the interactions between technology, finance, and business strategy, as well as leadership and communication skills.

Throughout the entire period, while maintaining strong relationships with customers (both internal and external) and suppliers, I provided support to end customers and internal teams by crafting commercial proposals for the Cone South and Bolivia, managing export logistics and all related documentation. I also implemented advanced inventory management strategies at the border, effectively coordinating shipments and customs documentation. The advanced inventory management contributed to cost reduction and market expansion in the Cone South region.

As operations leader, I brought value to clients in Brazil and Portugal. We increased our clients' online presence, using Google Street View to improve their positioning in Google search results. In addition, I implemented Virtual Tours using 360° images of properties, allowing clients to have an immersive experience, getting to know the properties before visiting them in person. This not only provided convenience for customers, but also reduced costs for the real estate agents involved. My goal is to make the best use of technology and innovation to provide exceptional value to our customers and end consumers by enhancing their online presence and providing immersive experiences through virtual tours.
