I was the first security engineer hire at Hyperscience. During my time there I was able to deliver the following items:- Implemented security tooling on the build pipeline;- Led the hiring process for new security engineer hires;- Deployed runtime security tooling in production environments;- Provided guidance for engineers and PMs on security topics;- Reviewed eng. design documents and implementation;- Implemented security fixes and improvements in the company products.

I was the first security hire at Loadsmart. As part of the Platform Engineering team, I was able to deliver the following items:- Bootstrapped the security program;- Built and maintained the security roadmap;- Implemented security controls on CI/CD pipeline through GitHub apps and actions;- Performed manual and automated code reviews on Python applications and fixed vulnerabilities;- Led a project to anonymize data in non-production environments;- Implemented security controls on AWS Infrastructure using Security Hub + GuardDuty + Config;- Reported monthly to the CTO about the security program status.

I started at Axur as a security analyst, after 1.5 year there I moved to research and software development role. During this development and research work, I was able to deliver- Implemented and deployed Python and Java services on AWS;- Led security research efforts;- Reviewed JavaScript, Java and Python source code;- Provided security inputs on architectural decisions; - Served as security advocate for different teams.
