Currently working at Chorus(Microsoft Intelligent Security Association company) in United Kingdom as SOC analyst.I have over 7 years of experience working in IT support environment. During my IT support career, I have worked with multiple tasks. Included IT support technician, Team leader. Maintenance of hardware components such as CPU/GPU, backups, OS, firewall, VM, Group Policy, Networking, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Setting up and deploy PCs, laptops, and mobile devices efficiently. Experience with Office 365 Admin Centre, Ticket response system (ConnectWise and ServiceNow). Dive into technical issues, troubleshooting and diagnosing with finesse. I’m a visionary thinking to enhance current working methods and utilise existing systems.I earned my degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services and recently completed 2 Microsoft certifications in Cyber security.
