Felisa Schneider is an operations and project management professional, specializing in building business infrastructure and developing teams based on a culture of communication, transparency, and inclusion. As the first staff member of The Carol Emmott Foundation, Felisa grew the organization from its inception as a fellowship program within the Public Health Institute to an independently operating 501(c)3 non-profit. She is currently the COO and holds P&L responsibility, manages a team of national contractors, and drives decision-making around the Foundation's initiatives. She is additionally the executive director of the Health Alliance, a 501(c)6 non-profit which fosters a network of senior executive women leaders in healthcare from across the nation.
