Felix was born in Spain in 1948. In 1974, he graduated in Electrical Engineering at the 'Universidad Nacional del Sur' in Argentina. From 1974 to 1983, he was Adjunct, Associate, and Full Professor at the 'Universidad Nacional de San Juan' in Argentina.Since 1983, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow and later on Research Associate for the Department of Metallurgy at the University of Utah, conducting basic R&D on Optimal Control of Grinding Operations.In 1987, he founded his consulting company working over the years with DuPont, ALCOA, US Department of Transportation, NASA, Dow Chemical, etc. He holds patents in USA, UK, France, Germany, and Japan.From 1997 to 2001, Felix developed a generic fundamental theory for modeling of multiple scattering of optical and acoustical waves interacting with highly-concentrated suspensions and emulsions.During 2001-2007, he developed a particle size analyzer based on optical spectroscopy, and commercialized a generic simulation software tool connectable to acoustic and optical spectrometers, so as to convert them into particle size analyzers. The patent was granted in 2007.In 2008, Felix sold all his IP to Agilent Technologies, Inc. and started writing Popular Science books on Relativity and Quantum Physics. His first book in Spanish “Cabalgando con la Luz – Einstein, Relatividad, y Folclore” was published in 2009 with its English Edition “Galloping with Light – Einstein, Relativity, and Folklore” published in 2010. He is now working on the series of books on Quantum Physics. The first book was 'Records of the Future' and the 2nd book is 'Aiming at REALITY'.From 10/2013 through 1/2015, Felix was back to Academia as a Research Professor at the University of Utah developing a technology for recycling of metals and alloys. Since 2014 Felix is working on the application of Quantum Physics to enhance the National Cyber Infrastructure.
