Product: Data Center Switch- I handle high-end and complex products in the team. I know clearly the process of a project development which include cost BOM creating, drawing release for material price inquire and thermal simulation, structure design in 3D, PCB drawing making which deployed the location of main chip, IO components, connectors, screw, and defined a restricted area for components, tolerance analysis, 2D specification making, BOM creating, multiple ME tests conducting (various temperature test, drop, shock, vibration, sap & bow), tooling DFM assessment and tooling trial.- About the design, cost is an important thing I consider. For instance, consider how exist tool can be leveraged in new project, using heat pipe to replace vapor chamber or using AL co-fin to replace Cu if the thermal margent is sufficient; or, simplify the structure avoiding redundancy bends, etc. - Rich experience of tooling trial and work with tooling suppliers. Have the ability to identify things whether reasonable of what they asking, like schedule, tolerance, or manufacturing limitation; check tooling samples of dimensions, painting color, assembly and cosmetic, and document check like FAI, CPK, GRR, etc.- Thermal is a critical issue in the high-end product, therefore I have made many experiments through the different shapes and materials of heat sink and variety TIMs, such as grease, PCM, film, coating, etc., to see what the effect in thermal. As a result, I can analysis the thermal issue and provide solution to solve it, conduct an actual test and set up environment, stick thermal couples, input commands to load IC, control fan speed and read power consumption and temperature.- I willing do more things even they are not in my duty to complete missions on time. For instance, a customer asking to make a testing, I help ETE borrowed some tools, stick thermal couple; help EE modifying commands, changing connectors of fan by a soldering iron, etc.

Product: Notebook.- Good at the plastic design and injection mold.- Helped team to pass 70% of the reliability test items and had ability to operate 60% of the test equipment to show the attitude of initiative and positive.- I am the one of the team member which was the first to develop the most novel product at the time, UltraBook.- Responsible for the top cover design of notebook which was made by plastic.- Had handled the 3 projects within a year to show high cooperative and stress resistant.- Patent: The ODD BEZEL can be changed of the various color of bezel.- Good at the 3D software operation, Pro-E.

Product: Hot runner- Installed and repaired the product, hot runner, at tooling and injection factories, and had participated tooling trial frequently. The experiences can improve my professional knowledge about the mold and injection molding.- I could run the analysis software, Moldflow, to solve the molding problems such as sink, deformation, welding line, etc. The results can be an information for the design of hot runner and tooling.- Processing equipment operated: Milling, Lathe and Grinder machines.
