The Student Network for Open Science (NOS) is the first student-run Open Science journal, education platform, and think tank for health and life sciences in the German-speaking area. Aiming to promote an interdisciplinary, inclusive and society-oriented and open scientific practice among students, we publish student research, teach students peer review and good scientific practice and advocate for Open Science. NOS is the first student project to be institutionally and financially supported by the Berlin University Alliance (a consortium of HU, FU, TU and Charité Berlin) until 2026. Member of the research group "Cellular Mechanisms and Clinical Early Detection of Heart Failure and Arryhthmias" at the Laboratory for Experimental Cardiology. Working on a project quantifying the effects of metabolic stress in cardiomyocytes. Investigating lipotoxicity and its effects on cardiac contractility and cytosolic calcium signaling in freshly isolated cardiomyocytes using confocal microscopy.

SIGMA (Student-Initiated German Medical Audit) is a network of German med students & surgical trainees collaborating in clinical studies. As a Student Clinical Investigator, I actively participated in the first student-led randomized controlled trial "EXPELLIARMUS" at the Charité.

Internship at the Research Group „Translational Oncology“ at the Department of Oncology. Worked on a project focussing on the non‐genotoxic reactivation of p53‐dependent pathways as a therapeutic strategy in Multiple Myeloma.
