I am the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Schwalbe where I lead and coordinate teams, projects, and partnerships that promote the circular economy, sustainable business practices, fair trade, environmental protection, and human rights in the rubber industry. In addition, I serve as the Deputy Chairman and Board Member of Fair Rubber e.V., a non-profit association that supports rubber smallholders and workers in producing countries and advocates for fair and transparent supply chains. Through my work, I have contributed to a number of impactful outcomes, such as establishing a circular business model in Schwalbe's operations, increasing the share of fair trade rubber in Schwalbe's products, launching a new CSR strategy and reporting framework, and facilitating the implementation of eco-design in product development. I hold a MSc in International Management from King's College London and a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London, where I developed my creativity, communication, and critical thinking abilities. I am fluent in German and English, and have a certification in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. My mission is to contribute to a more equitable and environmentally-responsible world through my work and expertise. I am passionate about cycling, environmental responsibility and social justice, and I constantly seek to learn and improve my skills and knowledge in these areas. I am also a collaborative and supportive leader, who values diversity, innovation, and excellence.
