Technical Manager• Provide industrial and marketing analysis to determine strategic plans against a variety of IoT technologies (Bluetooth, OCF, etc.)• Involve activities held by logo alliances, establish contributions and credits and develop relations against alliances’ members.• Expand business by proactively developing & implementing technical strategies to build new customer relationships and serving as a representative of the company with key customers and alliances.• Help driving company to create technical capabilities with justified ROI, and planned to getting maximum profit margin with limited time attacks. Business and Laboratory• Expertise in initialing new testing business with real-practice laboratory; to evaluate market trends, coordinate internal and external resources with orderly PDCA processes.• Manage, develop and coach engineer team and hold them accountable to meet specific objectives.• Identify the necessary information to establish the technical requirements, obtain the testing effort, forecast scheduling, and determine the profitability of each contract.• Lead the engineering team in the preparation of new testing capabilities, proposals and reports.
