The 3-week campaign delivered a total of $23.0M (110.7K units) in sales, outperforming campaign revenue forecasts by 205%. • Collaborated with lead copywriter to develop campaign concepts, presenting concepts to Global Creative Director, CMO, V.P. of Brand, and other key stakeholders.• Partnered with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and Project Management teams to ensure all briefs & asset lists were executed on-brand, on-message, and on-spec.• Led execution of campaign concepts, working together with Photo & Video Producers, and a team of 3 Graphic Designers, to ensure on-time delivery of all 244 campaign assets.• Why this Matters: For 2017, the AMP MD campaign had not met revenue forecasts. The campaign performance improvements of 2018 were attributed to enhanced creative storytelling and a refreshed messaging with a focus on the core product benefits, per in-house analysts.

Content was so well received that Sephora decided to adopt it to animate the VM of select international stores, including Dubai.• Re-structured Digital & Social Media (SM) content creation to produce & distribute compelling and freshly art-directed photo + video content across Kendo- and Sephora-owned Digital & SM properties; SM content produced over 3.3M 'likes' on Instagram, with an average of 36.6K 'likes' per post across SM properties.

With 9 new products & 30 shades in total, this was the largest brow collection ever launched in the beauty industry.
