As a creative leader, I work with several brands, such as Masterclass, Swapie, Atida, RedBull, Platform, Flip, Flow…My role is to:- Manage the overall creation, workflow, and output quality of my brand accounts.- Present creative work and direction to clients for a wide range of global brands- Mentor and manage a team of diversified creatives- Partner with clients and help them increase business value through creativity- Help implement processes aligned to good time management- Actively contribute to Superside's mission, vision and culture

Won more than 20 awards working with national and international brands such as KFC, Taco Bell, Kia, Samsung, Motorola, Super Bock, Natixis, Honda, Cockburns, Endesa…During these almost 8 years besides helping the agency to grow with my creativity, I was involved in every single step: from pipeline to working processes. I also:- Mentor and manage the creative team- Conceived and implemented concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects that were implemented on multiple media platforms.- Client-facing, I was responsible not only for the strategic part of each brand but also for managing the brand across all channels and budgets.- Shaped the creative environment and culture in the agency, stimulating creative energy, and leading and motivating teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
