I believe that Talent Acquisition and Human Resources are truly human centered. That people are always the driving mechanism to be successful in business and as a result, should always be properly invested into. I believe that everything I do in the People space is all personal. It's where I work to disrupt what candidates have been taught to accept what the status quo is; the approach of sit and wait to hear from us. For me, Talent Acquisition is an opportunity to be personable, collaborative, and communicative; the pillars of what success is in any organization that is will to truly invest into their talent. As Talent Acquisition functions as the gate keeper of an organization, the ability to impact all aspects of the business cannot get lost in the shuffle. I believe that creating a candidate first experience that positively impacts and showcases company culture and creating an employee first environment not only leads to a high performance environment but it also leads to a culture of trust and true passion. Being able to use my passion and skill set to create impactful programs, environments, and teams only further fuels the desire I have to help companies properly invest back into their workforce.
