Two partnerships are now near completionWarehousing Partner- found a warehousing partner specializing in e-commerce and capable of scaling according to No Nasties’ growth- worked around the challenges of India’s poor infrastructure and nascent e-commerce industry- negotiated commercial contract- integrated the partners’ two inventory systemsMarketing Strategies- formulated marketing strategies, taking from the theories of Seth Godin and Richard Seymour- implemented No Nasties’ first dedicated customer service tool- improved user experience for custom-printing clientsBesides these specific responsibilities, I also managed high-profile clients, hired staff, led internal teams and I was involved finding the right business strategy. The Secret Supper Project is a prestiges dining event happening once a month in Mumbai. Up to 30 hand selected guests are taken on a journey of the senses by up-and-coming as well as seasoned chefs.
