As Director of Advanced Technologies, I am responsible for ensuring the organization's competitve edge by implementing the latest technologies into the workplace, to support current organizational efforts, and create new and enhanced capabilities. As director I also develop a plans to evaluate which new technologies are best for the business and develop new procedures for low-threshold implementation into the organization's current proccesses. I oversee many different teams working with technology and aquire, train, and deploy new talent as needed.
