Worked on data and mapping analysis for arctic sea ice observation techniques.

Researched and conducted data-analysis on frameworks for subjective well-being across the world to map and understand regional differences and similarities in the concept. Looked for action spaces in which governments and corporations can have positive impacts. Worked with the SDG and Principles for Responsible Investing Frameworks to create a new framework for mapping social and economic well-being around the world, that will release early 2025

I created a report and consulted with local government on the economic importance of conserving land in Sint Maarten, showing that conserving natural areas on the island is important for the island’s economy, tourism sector, and natural environment. In the process I gained experience using planet labs imagery, conducting land classification using machine learning, using drop-cameras, scuba diving, and working with the European Union and International Non Profits

I authored an opinion piece for the Wikimedia Foundation on how youth in developing countries view information on climate science and world policies, and how online information giants can serve them better. In the process I gained experience writing for academic reports, translating academic pieces written in Spanish, running focus groups, and working at an academic research institution.
