M&E CoordinationImplement M&E strategies to ensure smooth performance of M&E functions. Thisincludes coordination of data collection, analysis and reporting, as well as assisting in thepreparation and completion of evaluations and reports for the donor.a. M&E framework design (log frame, indicative block, verification means, M&E RASCI, etc)and instrument evaluation.b. Maintain and implement data collection schedule to ensure all evaluation survey, andother information collection points, according to established plan.Database ManagementEnsure records, flow, quality of quantitative and qualitative information for efficientprocessing of M&E indicators.a. Management of all configuration and use of Farm Force platform, serve as internalsmartphone based Platform expert. Cooperate with service provider (Farm Force) staff asneeded.b. Platform advocate, identify opportunities for better use of technology, includingtransferring programmatic processes that run on paper to electronic form using the FarmForce Platform.c. Conduct data quality audit on the Farm Force Platform and perform databasecleansing on a regular basis, including bi-weekly data reviews with value chaircoordinators.ReportingPrepare data within the established timelines in order to report progress and results ofthe ProjectAccountability & LearningProvide access to data and master its use for programmatic researcha. Analyse and summarize database information. Create tables and graphs necessary tofacilitate analysis and interpretation of data generated by the system.b. Identify opportunities for data use, including dissemination of data to stakeholders andscheduling of information review meetings.
