POD Mi is a federal government agency trying to fight poverty and social exclusion in Belgium. They develop projects and services to help advance integration in Belgian society. I work as a project coordinator on the project 'experience experts in health care' where people with experiences in poverty play a bridging role between the the target group (people in poverty) and the health institution, based on their own life experiences. As project coordinator I ensure a smooth running of the project by regularly updating stakeholders, organise coaching and planning meetings, undertake constant evaluation and recommendation and manage project communications.
