Core infrastructure and application managementDeliver expert level core infrastructure application support to staff and users. Conduct faulty resolution and provide assistance to end users for all IT related issues. Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, middleware and other applications.Design and mentoringPlan and manage the installation and or reconfiguration of network, storage systems, servers. Promote and engage in information, sharing, technical assistance, advice and support of other members of the ITS team.

Log Incidents into a Service management database and provide first point of contact and Level 1 Service Desk support for all calls.Ensure proper documentation is completed and call-logging system is accurately maintained for all incidents and service requests loggedCreate client service management reports outlining the monthly performance of all Incidents by category, severity and SLA.Continuously look for ways to improve and enhance service delivery for optimum client satisfaction.Ensure the Service Level Agreement is being met or exceeded by providing excellent customer service.
