Hello! I am Feng Siyun, currently a 3rd year student at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, pursuing a Diploma in Chinese Studies, Business Specialisation.My journey in Chinese Studies has greatly strengthened my language skills in both English and Mandarin, and provided me with many insights into the Chinese culture, both locally and globally. On top of that, this course has also given me exposure to plan and manage events. Through modules like Chinese Business Communication and Marketing and Publicity, we got to plan our annual Alumni Homecoming event as part of our assignment. With modules like Introduction to Business and Business Translation, my course has shaped me into a bilingual individual with basic business skills.Besides academics, I am in the school's Chinese Drama Club. Holding the position of the club's secretary, I handle admin tasks and support the running of the committee. Apart from that, I am currently part of the NP Primers Club too, a community service CCA. As Logistics Head, I lead in planning event flows and ensuring the flow of events, while ideating for the events with the rest of the committee. These experiences have shaped my character and strengthened my leadership skills.With a strong passion for events and my vast experience, I am excited to commit myself to this industry and make the best out of what I have to give.
