• In charge of product development for key customer, Starbuck, and manage the whole process of marketing research, ideation, product design&validation, process trial and commercialisation, in line with customer needs to boost market growth. Successfully develop new category of fresh-prepared dessert for Starbuck, which• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, QA, RA and suppliers for delivery of a portfolio of new products within quality, cost and time constraints and manage the communication with 5 factories across China to identify best practice and ensure proper implementation of NPD with excellence in execution.• Timely and effective performance track to adjust activities, identify gap and follow up on action plans, successfully managed 7 projects and 20 product launches.• Responsible for group corporate responsibility strategy in China with reporting to China & UK teams and customers, including McDonald’s.

• Leverage global food market trends and gain in-depth knowledge from different business sectors in fresh-prepared food, including fresh salads, ready-meal, desserts and snacking.• Worked with international teams to develop fresh-prepared salads and soup according to different customers’ requirements for major retailers in UK, including Waitrose, M&S, Aldi and Sainsbury.• Conducted business category map analysis and benchmarking evaluation to keep abreast of dynamic market.
