Feng worked with Qualcomm and Cisco Systems where he built the learning scheme and created company-wide innovation platform and he was the chair of Patent Advisory Board in Cisco China. Prior to Qualcomm and Cisco, Feng also worked with Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent and Motorola as system designer with 9 years experience on R&D. Feng went through the life cycle of products, including product concept research, standard, product design, product implementation and testing, which provides him deep insights on business. Feng has published 21 patents and 7 academic papers. Feng obtained his Ph.D degree from Nanyang Technological Univ. in Singapore majoring in Electrical Engineering. In the past years, Feng is dedicated to learning and OD function to improve the capability of talents and develop innovative & high productive organizations.
