As a Lead Consultant for the Sustainability Strategies service area, I manage a significant number of projects of all shapes and sizes focusing on sustainability strategies.

ENW Management is a Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) expert services provider. Our goal is to develop our client's operations more effective and safer. We help our customers to meet various regulatory requirements and develop QEHS-management systems.My responsibilities included a wide variety of tasks, such as:- HSE legislation consulting and training- HSEQ management system projects for selected customers (ISO 14001/ ISO 9001 /OHSAS 18001)- Internal development of LAWLY, online HSE legal watch and compliance management tool- Emergency preparedness evaluations, risk assessments and emergency plan creation and related training- Increasing sales by finding new customers and further developing existing customer base

As a project assistant I carried out various tasks related to customer service and ISO 14001 standard. It was an awesome sightseeing place for a student. Nevertheless, I was heading back to abroad quite soon, this time to Germany, where I was going to finalize my studies by specializing in Bio- and environmental engineering. Luckily my employer was supportive and flexible and I was able to continue to execute some smaller tasks throughout my studies in Germany. It sure was a step to modern working culture, where work is not a place to go but a thing to do!

My tasks included planning the material recycling for one of the construction sites.

Before and during my studies I worked as a sales personnel at a photograph store in Kuopio. I learned the importance of customer service as well as the power of team work and a healthy working culture.
