WBA assesses companies on their impact on the SDGs. - Reviewed core social indicator (CSI) assessments (themes: human rights, incl. due diligence process, decent work and ethical conduct) and participated in developing the CSI methodology and planning the upcoming Social benchmark- Coordinated and oversaw the CSI research of 350+ companies in the Food and Agriculture and Nature benchmarks and Sustainable Seafood Index, including coordinating a team of 7 people- In the Food and Agriculture benchmark: developed scoring guidelines, assessed companies and produced key insights for the living wage and living income indicators- Other tasks: produced data analysis for the policy team, coordinated relations with the CSI research partner, participated as a research representative in the design of the data management platform

- Provided project management support, led feedback calls with member companies, assessed reports against the Reporting Matters framework. - Coordinated the design of the membership criteria monitoring framework on topics related to climate, nature, human rights, equality and transparency, and applied it to the full membership of 202 companies.- Coordinated the relations with the global network partners related to the projects, presented in WBCSD webinars and gave a keynote at an event of a global network partner

Worked as an analyst in three projects: Reporting Matters, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Enterprise Risk ManagementReporting Matters:- Reviewed over 50 sustainability disclosures from WBCSD member companies (food & agriculture, automotive & tires) and assessed them against a comprehensive research framework.- Identified key strengths and areas of improvement from each report.- Participated in feedback calls with member companies.- GRI, SASB, IR, TCFDM&E research: Risk Management, Assurance and Governance assessments:- With another analyst, assessed 255 companies spanning 16 sectors and 4 regions on their approaches to integrate ESG topics into their risk management, assurance and governance practices.- Conducted longitudinal analysis of multi-year dataset to identify trends.- Supported the drafting of annual report on progress against grant objectives.ERM workstream:- Supported the development of integrated risk management training materials which were adopted for virtual risk workshops.- Supported the delivery of ERM workshops based on WBCSD-COSO guidance on integrated ESG risk management.

As an intern at the UNDP led initiative Business Call to Action:- Co-authored a DFID-funded research “What does it take to go big? Management practices to bring inclusive business to scale”, which identifies best practices that drive the success of inclusive businesses.- Supported in project management and coordinated the writing of the case studies in collaboration with member companies.- Supported the production of the accompanied online benchmarking tool, which supports companies to improve their IB management practices and maximise their contribution to the SDGs.

Supported the daily work of the Unit for Arms Control, Disarmament and Non-proliferation.- Prepared background materials for meetings, supported the organization of a high-level international conference and served as a conference assistant.- Conducted desk research on nuclear security.

Worked in a store of a pioneer company in telecommunications and digital services in Finland. The task included both customer service and sales, so I learned how to simultaneously identify customers' needs and answer to their concerns. While maintaining a customer-oriented approach to selling, I was able to continuously pass the sales targets.Worked part-time during studies, full-time during holidays.
