Supporting operations with most of the major Oil and Gas producers, explorers, and service providers such as ExxonMobil, BP, BG, Petrobras, Enauta Energia, Devon, Veritas, Schlumberger, WesternGeco, Transocean, Aker Solutions, Ventura, ENSCO, SBM and others.John Fenton’s unique blend of international operation expertise and executive acumen was instrumental in growing the operation and is now recognised as one of Brazil’s offshore industry leaders. During the tenure with the Greenwich AeroGroup, John successfully fostered a healthy and competitive working environment, catapulting Helivia to second place within the industry of Petrobras, Brazilian National Oil company, approved service providers. In the 6 years serving as the Regional Director for CHC Helicopters, John facilitated an extraordinary rate of expansion and grew the business from 6 aircraft, 185 employees and $35million in annual revenue, to 32 aircraft, 560 employees and $220 million in annual revenue, making CHC the second largest helicopter operator in Brazil. During his 30 years in aviation, John Fenton has held various worldwide operational leadership roles in, Antigua, Italy, Turkey, Cameroon and Chad where he was able to apply his strong interpersonal skills, organisational and cross functional expertise and successfully managing all operational and financial aspects of a helicopter and fixed wing business supporting the oil and gas industry. John’s ability to draw on his strong computing skills, analytical approach to problem solving and team building, quickly earned him the reputation within the organisation. Starting his career in 1988, he spent the next 8 years on the North Sea, which was an invaluable experience and has provided the cornerstone for his operational expertise.John Fenton holds an Airline Transport Pilot’s Licence, an Instrument Rating and has amassed over 6,000 hours in various roles.
