Aviton is a team of independent Aviation Advisors from industry leaders such as CHC, Bristow and the Greenwich AeroGroup. Over the past 10 years, Aviton personnel have been providing offshore Helicopter specific aviation services to both operators and end users of aviation assets. Such services include but are not limited to: • creating operation specific Scope of Services for Oil & Gas Companies. Supporting and coaching tendering processes, to guide end users to a balanced outcome, • complete restructuring and managing offshore helicopter companies, introducing industry best practises and providing value for stakeholders, • providing end user specific audit and analyse of operators by our industry experienced and qualified Safety and Quality professionals, • providing end user specific audits to analyse operators, by our industry experienced and qualified professionals, • providing continual aviation oversight to Oil & Gas Companies through our monthly service agreements, • through the diagnostic approach designing a strategy including Implementation Preparation, Training, Implementation Management, Post-Implementation Support and Operational Optimization & Customization, • recruiting talent to fill key positions within organisations, • coordinating with trusted financial service providers to provide financial ‘health check’ of organisations. Aviton Consulting Services is incorporated under the UK Companies Act of 2006 as Aviton Limited as registered Legal Entity with its office in England, United Kingdom and as Aviton Consultoria Ltda having a registered office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Aviton’s personnel have been employed in numerous management and operational positions for Offshore helicopter companies and have supported operations with most of the major Oil and Gas producers.
