1. Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.2. ● Responsible for Processing vendor invoices accurately and timely ensuring the invoices match the relevant purchase orders.● Verifying the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.● Reflecting all invoices, statements, and suppliers’ records to the BC (Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics) and maintain the integration and the flow of information between AP/AR data.● Performing periodic reconciliation for vendors statements and resolve discrepancies.● Giving payments instructions to authorized parties who perform electronic payments (e.g., EPs, wire transfers, checks).● Maintaining suppliers’ records and ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms.● Communicating with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.● Assisting in month-end closing processes related to accounts payables.● Suggesting solutions to the owner regarding the best policies and procedures for managing financial obligations and prioritizing payments.● Generating customer invoices from the BC accurately and in a timely manner.● Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.● Coordinating with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.● Work with collection agencies or legal counsel to resolve delinquent accounts when necessary. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger by recording and classifying financial transactions, as well as ensuring adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.● Review and analyze general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies or irregularities and take corrective actions as needed.● Identify opportunities to streamline GL processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.● Facilitates effective decision-making and strategic planning by providing consolidated financial information.
