Managing bank, lawyer , vendor and public authorities relations Developing, implementing and reviewing finacial policies and plans  Managing and maintaining accounting, finance, budgeting and reporting processes Working closely with other functions to ensure that the organization’s targets and goals are met in a timely manner and within budget Business partnering for GM of Turkey and other snr business stakeholders by providing support to ensure financial objectives are met efficientlyCoordinating  preparation of regular financial and management reports including P&L and cash flow Driving P&L management with focus on accurate Sales Forecasting, cost control and resource allocation Securing compliance on local tax legislations Performing analysis and review of the performance vs budget and communicate any variances to senior management Developing a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism  that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs Ensuring adequate cash flow to meet organizational needs Planning for the long-term while balancing the short and long-range needs of the organization Managing other support functions such as Logistics ,Purchasing, Import &Export

• Managing relationship with internal and external audit• Preparing budgets, forecasts and performing budget/actual comparisons periodically• Coordinating after sales marketing activities• Resposible for the sales analysis and reporting• Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to General Manager in Turkey (internal and regional)• Preparation of the declaration (Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing Report) and control of other declarations• AR Credit Management & Risk Control and being first contact in supplier account reconciliation process• Managing inventory reconciliation• Month-end closing process and making general balance control (accrued interest on loans, checks reports, bank reconciliation and valuation, current account exchange rate differences)
