I got my start at David São Paulo, and before I knew it, I was in New York working at some of the best agencies in the world. From winning big accounts to racking up awards, I’ve been fortunate to shape campaigns that turn heads. Gale NYC recently tapped me to lead the transformation of Diageo brands.Along the way, I’ve helped win business for Bud Light, Samsung, Adidas, and New Balance, and picked up awards from Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Debby’s, ANDYs—you name it. My latest projects? Two global campaign platforms for Don Julio and Buchanan’s Whisky.I’m big on creative effectiveness. I've always said we don’t have to choose between award-winning work and solving brand challenges—we can (and should) do both. I also love mentoring young creatives and believe that a team’s success is my success.Fun fact: I became a full-blown "ad nerd" in Brazil under Anselmo Ramos, where I devoured ad awards shows like candy. Oh, and I might have been part of a pyramid scheme at 12 (long story, but I know better now).
