CurrentSolutions for Community Health is a fully owned subsidiary of Sun River HealthAct as a consultant for HRHCare's Solutions for Community Health (S4CH). Provided training, expertise, and go-live support to other Federally Qualified Health Centers in Suffolk County, New York, and Atlanta Georgia. Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing Solutions for Community Health Care clients.Provide end-user support and follow up in multiple ways including:• Group Training for new and existing employees• Individual structured training• Perform virtual training sessions• Follow up for providers on a 2 and 6-weeks basis• Review, test and implement application upgrades, under the direction of the Regional EMR Systems Director and VP of EMR Systems and Client Relations• Provide Workflow Analysis and optimizations• Create and customize all users accounts, as well as deactivate them as needed• Monitor Ticketing System throughout the day (when not in training) and respond to all issues in a timely manner.• Answer support helpline and maintain a log of issues with escalation to management, as needed, following an established workflow• Develop and maintain EMR Training manuals and training guides.• Provide onsite go-live support and follow-up during New system implementation.• Participate in special projects, as needed, and perform other duties as assigned• Provide 2nd level application and technical support by generating tickets with EHR vendor to resolve application or technical issues.• Generate IBM Cognos Analytics data reports to analyze provider effectiveness in relation to Meaningful Use Stage 1,2, Patient Center Medical Home, and quality measures. After analyzing the results, set up one-on-one training to go over the areas in eClinicalWorks to effectively document Quality Measures i.e., Meaningful Use and Patient Center Medical Home.• Serve as a mentor to junior training staff.• Travel to client sites and train providers and clinical staff
