I am currently the Head of Growth & Community Engagement at Sophia.My colleagues consider me communicative, empathetic, flexible, creative, and someone who enjoys learning and storytelling. I've had incredible experiences in my life that brought me to where I am today. Here are some highlights:- I've lived in four countries: Brazil, the USA, Canada, and Portugal.- Right after graduation, I started a company with my brother - but we went bankrupt in less than a year!- For 10 years, I worked at Fundamento, where I managed sales and marketing. I did a little of everything in there: from SEO to participating in events and fairs. The equipment sales department, which I helped creating, represented 50% of the company's revenue in just 3 years.- In 2018, I co-founded DoQR, a startup that developed a solution for preventing workplace accidents in industries using Business Intelligence. We were recognized by the Brazil-France Chamber of Commerce as one of the top three digital projects of 2019, and we managed to help in reducing workplace accidents for our clients. Today, I am a board member of the company.- As a Google Ads account manager for small business owners in the UK and Ireland, I helped my clients to use Google resources for achieving their marketing and sales goals in PPC campaigns. The startup DoQR was then incubated within Fundamento with the goak of selling this new product.Between 2018 and 2020, I participated in the creation of the QForms MVP (immersion, analysis, ideation, and prototyping), a SaaS solution that uses data analysis and Business Intelligence to monitor and prevent workplace accidents in factories. I conducted qualitative research and tests (A/B testing, usability, prototype, and functionalities). I was also responsible for the product branding, managed digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Linkedin Ads, and Meta Ads), and structured sales and CRM flows.When the 2020 pandemics began, I returned to my duties at Fundamento.
