Being a family owned and run business, I am involved at every aspect of the running of the company. Being fully trained and certified on Audatex Abuntex and the Vantage quoting systems. In my current role I am involved from start to finish. Networking the insurance online assessments, and, handling the “walk-in” quotations. Being a shop with all major approvals(Eg VW, Audi, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Ford) I have extensive knowledge regarding shop layout requirements and auditors requirements regarding annual approval audits. Through careful, effective planning I see to it that the correct parts are sourced and be delivered on time to ensure that there is no delay in any area that might influence the delivery date of any vehicle repairs. Managing the flow of the repairs, therefore ensuring an effective continued process from stripping, repairing, paint preparation, paint and eventually to the re-assembly, polishing and final inspection stage. By my continuous monitoring of personnel and their performance, I ensures a motivated and driven workforce, optimizing productivity and profits to the company. Ultimately ensuring that the client gets their vehicle back on time and in greatest condition. First-time-fixed approach ensures that the company continues to expand through decisive marketing strategies.

After completing my training at Denel Aviation I was appointed at Rio Tinto Mining as an NDE Specialist. Conducting X-ray, Dye-penetration and Magnetic particle inspections on all lifting equipment, pressure vessels, anchor points and specialized welding ensuring compliance to international and local legal standards and requirements.

General running of the operations around the tailing operations, stock control, managing the labor, part sourcing, new business opportunities, safety system implementation, minimizing downtime and problem solving.
