• Preparation of project profile and feasibility Report with business letter• Analysis the financial data and report to Managing Director • Approach to bank for syndicating loan,Term loan and for other loan facilities required for the company such as overdraft facility.• Develop strong internal control system , Giving operational decision• Presentation of financial report monthly basis and discuss the various points as regards variations arisen with the budget.• Interface with the VAT and Tax authority as and when necessary.• Primarily responsible for the entire Department of Accounts.• Check and sign the receipts and payments voucher with proper documents• Supervise the subordinate at around 17 associates in finance department.• Prepare the minutes for the board meeting • Implement the proper fund management system• Yearly work with RJSC of various companies under SARINA group is monitored and make a liaison with the Lawyer.• Monitor and take initiative to renew the certificates of various governments agencies such as Fire defence,Public health,ministry of environment,City corporation• Monitor the Preparation of Monthly V AT Return Including Sales & Purchase books.• Assist with annual reports and interface with examiners and auditors.• Develop internal documentation for information system program changes.• Supervise the daily billing system, credit collection and settlement procedure.

• Primarily responsible for the entire Department of Accounts.• Prepare monthly financial reports, end of month closing entries, monthly Income Statements, and maintain control ledger, fixed asset depreciation schedule, and various income amortization schedules.• Prepare journal vouchers for monthly accruals, income amortizations, and corrections; also prepare yearly business plan, and budgets, and cash flows of the organization.• Prepare Monthly V AT Return Including Sales & Purchase books.• Assist with annual reports and interface with examiners and auditors.• Develop internal documentation for information system program changes.• Reporting to Chief Accountant Mr. Shafi Uddin Ahmed.
