Who said that change is a constant was 100% right and don't I know it!!!As an experienced senior Project and Change Manager , change has been a personal constant for the last few decades. Working in business transformation programmesMy priority #1 has been delivering Business transformation in programmes and projects in a multinational, multicultural environment. My goal and reason to get up in the morning, is always to deliver successful adoption of programme and project deliverables to support the business strategy.The skills I developed in Programmes and projects: Project management, Business change management, ERP, Operations Management and Coaching. Focus by default is supporting people, new processes, technology, and culture.As a (retired) Infantry Major of the Dutch Army, I learned to get the best out of people, build teams and ensure the journey is enjoyable too!
