The Esprit programme aims to streamline and digitalize the source to contract (S2C) and procure to pay (P2P) processes leading to a more standardized way of working across CRH enabled by Coupa and APEXPortal. Role focusses on:Project management, Process standardisation, Management information availability, Implementation of global business engagement, sr. management engagement, people adoption, business case realisation and departmental transformation in the global CRH landscape.

Managing project DYCIS (Dycore Information System):A project for Dycore (engineer-to-order pre-cast concrete company), focussed on process redesign for functional business domains (Sales, Logistics, Production, Finance, Information management and Engineering) followed by the build, implementation and adoption of ERP within the three Dycore locations/ factories. The project includes the delivery of an updated IT landscape (applications, interfaces, data & reporting) as well as SOX compliance and intensive stakeholder management.

Leading the development and roll-out of a comprehensive transformation approach and Change Management method for a company wide, business transformation programme consisting of 13 strategic projects. The multi-year programme is aimed at improving business processes, the IT Landscape, Data & Reporting (management information availability), People and Organisation and Governance covering functions like Van Oord Core business (wind and dredging), Finance, HR, Procurement and IT.

Delivering the change management approach for an infrastructural transformation programme focussed on Data centres, Networks, Service support and End user servicesDelivery:• ERP Migrations and version updates• Set-up and realisation of ongoing senior stakeholder management engagement for OpCo sponsorship• Developed a senior leadership dashboard for programme progress and savings realisation tracking• Developed and implemented a bespoke change method for all unITy project managers. Transformation of the CRH collaborative ways of working supported by the delivery of Microsoft365 products for 80 OpCos Role included:- Set-up of a cross-OpCo collaboration model- Information availability and management reporting model supported by Power BI- Engaging with all OpCo leadership teams for buy-in and relationship building- Development and roll-out of a project and change approach per Operating company consisting of implementation plan, sponsorship build, communication and training strategy, adoption activities and best practices and success story sharing- Created a O365 champions community (train the trainer) of 1.5K people including a champions portal for learning, sharing and engagementThe change delivery contributed to annual savings of 1.3 Million through lowered travelling costs, software and hardware replacement by MicroSoft365 cloud products and license rationalisation
