I helped to create a new commercial model for passenger internet in commercial aviation. I worked with Viasat's product and engineering organizations to build a technology platform and ecosystem of advertising and ecommerce partners to enable brands to reach the coveted inflight audience on Viasat's global fleet, and for passengers to access free internet services on airlines including American Airlines and JetBlue.

Viasat Ireland (formerly Arconics) makes enterprise software and mobile apps for the aviation industry. Clients include American Airlines, Delta, Qantas, United, JetBlue, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, SAS, Finnair, Iceland Air, Tigerair, Philippine Airlines, Aer Lingus, and other aircraft operators around the world. Viasat Inflight Entertainment (IFE) delivers movies, shopping, communications, and other services to passengers using their own mobile devices. The system drives ancillary revenues, engagement, and passenger loyalty. AeroDocs allows airlines to provide communications and operational information to pilots and crew in real time on the ground and in the air, increasing efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance.As CCO at Arconics, I oversaw sales, marketing and strategic partnerships. I helped define the company's IFE product and closed the first sales, including a licensing agreement with Viasat in 2015. I managed several funding rounds, was instrumental in the sale of Arconics to Viasat in 2016.

Oversaw sales and delivery into state legislatures including Pennsylvania, Oregon and Kansas. Managed all elements of the US business including P&L, sales and marketing strategy and execution. Hired US team. Established Propylon as the leading brand in legislative software in the US.

Hired in Dublin as VP Product Sales and charged with transforming the company from a consulting company to a product-focused software company. Identified the US State Legislative market as an under-served addressable vertical market that aligned with the company’s core technologies and capabilities.

Antefacto made network management infrastructure for data centers. Co-founded the company, wrote the business plan and raised venture funding. Managed all financial and legal aspects of the business. Built company to 16 staff, including senior executives. Provided technical expertise at the Corporate Headquarters as Schwab deployed online trading. Acted as primary IT liaison for Schwab 500 which served Schwab’s high net worth customers.
