Areas of focus from 2019 - 2024Fergal Murray Consulting advised Singapore headquartered Tolaram on the technical due diligence relating to the brewing sites owned by Guinness Nigeria for its proposed acquisition of Diageo’s shareholding in Guinness Nigeria, a company listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, which produces and distributes Guinness in Nigeria.- Directed all aspects to get a 40k hl state-of-the-art brewery - Managed contract brewing supply to create and deliver four uniquely designed beers and brewing specs. All have been awarded gold medals by the World Beer Awards, with fantastic consumer feedback.- Consulted on acquiring a 30 K HL brewing facility in Ireland by Pernod Ricard.- For London designed the liquid and brewing spec for - Soho lager, which is slowly but on track, making inroads and developing a key following in targeted London Pubs - Assisted with the optimization and quality improvement program that saved on performance challenges, costs, and improved quality. The Global role was created by me it was a specialised resource. I was a real collaborator and influencer with global reputation as the Guinness master brewer. I was an internal consultant to the global brand marketing and sales team's. I developed, design, created content and implemented and inspired global marketing platforms to grow the brand. I brought a real depth of insight and knowledge in supporting the global teams and range of agencies in getting facts ideas and significant key growth activations. What an asset to have in the back pocket to assist and advise when having those brand conversations. I influenced a very wide range of people across the globe in the most senior levels of the business all the way through to the most important consumer groups. The role had a global remit and the need to be flexible in approach and understand global cultures and markets. This was essential with so many international groups agencies and markets. Fundamentally building advocacy and provenance - Enshrining the brand equity and reputation. As custodian for the brand and being the Guinness Masterbrewer and face of Guinness brand Multiple examples on web of Global PR activity. On TV, radio and print - social and digital platforms -- close to a billion impressions -famous highlights in crude Jimmy Fallon show and pouring the pint for the queen and getting the Guinness into President Obamas hand. Fabulous experiences -- which meant you had to know what you were doing and able to deliver at the highest level .

31 years in Guinness - have held positions in all brewing operations and as the master brewer and global brand ambassador now travel the globe engaging in our global markets building product and brand value and increasing Diageo Reputation, advocacy, and providence.
