Semi-professional football refereeing across all levels of the game, as well as the assessment and training of new and existing referees for numerous state federations.I also founded the Referee Academy and was a Tournament Director of the Kanga Cup, the largest youth football tournament in the southern hemisphere. This included the provision of accommodation, meals, transport for over 50 referees visiting from interstate and overseas, the scheduling and training of more than 200 officials and referee coaches, and management of all referee-related logistics for the year leading into each tournament. This programme also resulted in the formation of long-term exchange programmes with interstate and New Zealand football authorities.
